I took a pole dancing class, and boy I have respect for strippers. It really does workout your arms. Beside my bad ass arm workout yesterday, this is a great alternative. Thank you Living Social! I went in thinking it be more routine, but it was basically here is the move now you do it. Good, think I didn’t feel like a total noob, but it really does motivate me to keep trying. My hands hurt, my arms hurt ack.
Then guess what
I went to the gym right after, I did a 1 mile run, 10 minutes on elliptical, 5 minutes of rowing, then 5 sets of 20 leg lifts, then nonstop crunches, finally medicine ball push up, with planks.
I have to say today was a success.
And, now I am watching Blair video on bad beauty habits and gahh, I need to stop wearing makeup to the gym, because I AM BREAKING OUT SOO BAD, I look horrible and I am feeling depress because my skin use to look so young, and now I look horrible.
